The mission of the MISMO Property and Valuation Services Workgroup is to ensure that data elements related to property identification and valuation services are identified and logically arranged within the Schema. P&VS workgroup is building the communication bridge between valuation professionals and the end users of their services.

High Level Goals

The goal of the P&VS workgroup is to map all of the data elements related to property identification and valuation service products so that the users of valuation services and their development teams can easily identify the elements they need and accurately deploy them into their systems.

How to Participate

Get involved by joining the Interface Workgroup mailing list, listserv discussions and participate in conference calls. The P&VS has monthly calls on Third Thursday of the Month, at 4:00 PM EST. An agenda is distributed via the MISMO Listserv prior to the call. Conference bridge information:
