Getting Started with Premiere Certification
Premiere Level Program Documentation Requirements:
MISMO Premiere Level Compliance Certification Application Form - The Application Form should be completed and sent to MISMO (firstname.lastname@example.org) along with the Application Agreement and the Applcation Fee to initiate the certification process.
MISMO Premiere Level Compliance Certification Application Agreement - This document must be signed by the Applicant and submitted to MISMO along with the completed Premiere Level Compliance Certification Application Form and the Application Fee to initiate the certification process.
MISMO Premiere Level Written Assessment - Premiere Level Certification Applicants complete this form as part of their application. This form provides important documentation that will be used by the Authorized Assessor to plan and complete their review.
Step 3: Obtain an Authorized Assessor from the MISMO Compliance Assessor Register .
Step 4: Prepare for and participate in on-site review conducted by Authorized Assessor
Step 5: Obtain your license to associate the MISMO Compliant Certification Mark with your product. Sign and return the MISMO Compliance Certification Mark License Agreement along with the Certification Fee upon receiving your Notification of Certification from MISMO.
Step 6: Maintain your certification. Certification is valid for a period of one year. Follow the instructions in section 4 of the Premiere Level Certification Overview to renew your certification.
