MISMO Workgroups collaborate to develop implementation guidance for using specific MISMO data standards to solve business issues. This guidance is captured in the Implementation Guides included on this page. In addition, a generic MISMO Implementation Guides have been written for each major version to provide information and insights on the entire residential transaction set.

MISMO HMDA Implementation Toolkit
MISMO has released a set of products to help companies implement the new CFPB HMDA rules. These tools, collectively referred to as the HMDA Implementation Toolkit offer a comprehensive collection of guidance, mapping documents, and other information about the rule and the use of MISMO in meeting the requirements of the rule. In particular, the tools help companies build upon existing reporting requirements such as the GSE Uniform Mortgage Data Program (UMDP). By building upon already existing reporting requirements, companies should gain efficiencies in developing and maintaining their HMDA solution.The MISMO HMDA Implementation Toolkit is available as a member benefit to MISMO Members and is available to all other industry participants for a small fee. Property Valuation Services Implementation Guide 3.5
TheI-Guide represents an important bridge from the perspective of preparing for the revisions set forth in MISMO Version 3.6 XML Reference Model. Work is also underway for the Version 3.6 PaVS I-Guide, expected for review in the first quarter of 2024.
Servicing Evidence of Compliance (EOC) Toolkit
MISMO has developed a collection of guidance, sample use case and other information showing the use of MISMO in meeting the requirements of the National Servicing Rule (NSR) and other evidence of compliance circumstances. MISMO calls this collection the "Servicing Evidence of Compliance (EOC) Toolkit".
