MISMO’s Servicing Transfers Development Workgroup has been executing a multiphase roadmap with industry and government partners to address pain points, reduce risks, and recommend proven efficiencies associated with Servicing Transfers.

As we enter Phase 4 of our roadmap, providing recommended industry standards focused on data and datasets, we encourage you to attend this FREE workshop and contribute ideas that support valued and adoptable approaches to streamlining data transfer.

We will share recent accomplishments, including a review of the MISMO Servicing Transfers Catalog (MSTC) built from servicer best practices and recommendations supporting business-to-business planning, validating, and reconciling of information transferred. We will also work to draft a high-level plan for building out an industry standard servicing transfers dataset.
