Address Unit Designator Type

A value from a MISMO prescribed list that specifies a further level of detail for a street address, for example, Suite or Unit. This list is based on the USPS Publication 28 on Postal Addressing Standards.

Address Unit Identifier

The identifier value associated with the Secondary Address Unit Designator. Example: 123, C, B1C, etc.

Adjustment Rule Type

Specifies whether the occurrence of the adjustment is the first change or a subsequent change.

Amortization Type

A classification or description of a loan or a group of loans generally based on the changeability of the rate or payment over time.

APR Percent

The annual percentage rate for the loan based on the accepted industry standard defined by Regulation Z (Section 12 C.F.R. 1026.18(e)) used for Qualified Mortgages and general disclosure purposes.

Asset Type

A value from a MISMO prescribed list that specifies financial assets in a mortgage loan transaction. Assets may be either liquid or fixed and are associated with a corresponding asset amount.

A free-form text field used to collect additional information when Other is selected as the Asset Type.

Balloon Indicator

When true, indicates that a final balloon payment is required to fully pay off the loan.

Buydown Change Frequency Months Count

The time interval in months between interest rate increases during the buydown period. For example if the interest rate increases annually during a two year buydown, the frequency of interest rate change is 12 months.

Buydown Initial Effective Interest Rate Percent

The final bought down interest rate. The rate that the applicant will pay after the buydown is applied.

Buydown Temporary Subsidy Funding Indicator

When true, indicates that there is buydown funding on this loan that reduces the interest rate and/or the payments for a specified period.

Cash From Borrower At Closing Amount

The total dollar amount required from the borrower to consummate the closing of a real estate transaction.

Cash To Borrower At Closing Amount

The total dollar amount received by the borrower to consummate the closing of a real estate transaction.

City Name

The name of the city or Military APO FPO designation.

Closing Date

The date the closing documents were fully executed and the borrower becomes contractually responsible for the debt. Depending on the location (wet-sign, dry-sign, table-funded and/or escrow state) of the loan closing, the Closing Date may be the same date as either the Document Preparation Date and/or the Execution Date and/or the Recorded Date.

Construction Loan Indicator

When true, indicates that the loan is a construction loan.
