Credit Report Identifier

A reference number assigned by the credit bureau to a specific credit report. This report number is also referenced when a Reissue, Upgrade, or Status Query of an existing report is requested.

Credit Score Impairment Type

Identifies a characteristic of the Credit Score that impairs its effectiveness as an indicator of credit risk.

Credit Score Provider Name

Identifies the name of the company providing the credit score data. This is one of the requirements of the 2003 FACT Act.

Numeric credit score resulting from credit evaluation model.

Current Accrued Interest Amount

The dollar amount of interest accrued on the loan between the last paid installment date and the date reported.

Delinquent Payments Over Past Twelve Months Count

The number of times during the past twelve months that the payment on the subject loan was delinquent.

Disclosed Index Rate Percent

The value of the financial index, expressed as a percent, used to calculate the Disclosed Fully Indexed Interest Rate that must be disclosed to the borrower for adjustable rate mortgages.

Down Payment Amount

The dollar amount of funds supplied by a borrower for a down payment.

Escrow Balance Amount

Escrow balance on the loan net of any escrow advances. May be a negative amount.

Escrow Indicator

Indicates whether or not escrows are associated with this loan.
