Allowable Live Work Space Indicator

When true, indicates that there is Live/Work space available within the residential unit. A Live/Work unit refers to a unit in a Condominium or Cooperative project that allows space within the individual unit to be used jointly for non-residential and residential purposes and is primarily residential.

When true, indicates that an entity in the ALTA Registry has been confirmed by an underwriter.

A unique alphanumeric string representing the ALTA Identifier of a single parent company that is shared by related companies and individuals.
