When true, indicates all ownership rights of the property are being included as part of the valuation.

Allowable Live Work Space Indicator

When true, indicates that there is Live/Work space available within the residential unit. A Live/Work unit refers to a unit in a Condominium or Cooperative project that allows space within the individual unit to be used jointly for non-residential and residential purposes and is primarily residential.

Allowable Work Space Area Measure

A measurement that specifies the allowable space within the residential unit to be used for non-residential purposes. The applicable unit of measurement is specified by the Area Unit Of Measure Type.

ALTA Identifier

A unique alphanumeric string assigned by ALTA to individuals or companies that participate in title or settlement activities.

A unique alphanumeric string identifying an address for an entity in the ALTA Registry.

A unique alphanumeric string representing the ALTA Identifier of the associated company for an individual.

When true, indicates that an entity in the ALTA Registry has been confirmed by an underwriter.

A unique alphanumeric string representing the ALTA Identifier of a single parent company that is shared by related companies and individuals.

A unique alphanumeric string representing the license number for an individual within the ALTA Registry. This would typically be Bar Number for an attorney.

The number of underwriter confirmations that exists for a record.

A unique alphanumeric string representing the ALTA Identifier of the principal business location for a company.
