MISMO Logical Data Dictionary (LDD)
ALTA Registry RON Indicator

When true, indicates that an agent has represented that they are Remote Online Notary (RON) capable.

The date on which an entity in the ALTA Registry was confirmed by an underwriter.

ALTA Registry Underwriter Identifier

A unique alphanumeric string representing the ALTA Identifier of the confirming underwriter for an agent.

Alterations Improvements And Repairs Amount

The cost of any alterations, improvements, repairs and rehabilitation that are to be made on the subject property.

Altitude Elevation Linear Measure

A measurement that specifies the elevation above sea level where the image was captured. The applicable unit of measurement is specified by the Linear Unit Of Measure Type.

Amenities Comparison Type

A value from a MISMO prescribed list which represents the overall rating of the differences between the comparable and the subject for all types of amenities included in the rental agreement.

Amenity Area Measure

A measurement that specifies the area of the amenity. The applicable unit of measurement is specified by the Area Unit Of Measure Type.

Amenity Attached To Manufactured Home Indicator

When true, indicates that the amenity is permanently affixed to the manufactured home.

Amenity Category Type

A value from a MISMO prescribed list that represents a high-level category in which the identified amenity is grouped.

Amenity Category Type Other Description

A free-form text field that specifies the enumeration when the value of Other is used for Amenity Category Type.

Amenity Count

The number of the amenities specified by Amenity Type that are present in the property. For example two fireplaces.

A free-form text field used to describe, in detail, the amenity specified by Amenity Type.

A value from a MISMO prescribed list that represents the type of material used in construction.

A value from a MISMO prescribed list that represents the unit's ownership of the amenity (e.g. is the amenity assigned to the unit or is it unassigned and is first-come first-served).

A value from a MISMO prescribed list that represents a particular service, feature or facility available to residents and/or guests of a project or property.

A free-form text field used to describe the amenity if Other is selected as the Amenity Type.

Amortization Schedule Ending Balance Amount

The remaining balance due on the loan as calculated after application of the payment amount reflected on the Amortization Schedule for the loan.

Amortization Schedule Interest Portion Amount

The dollar amount of the portion of the total payment amount which is applied to the interest due on the loan as reflected on the Amortization Schedule for the loan.
