Logical Data Model Version 3.5
MISMO's Logical Data Model (LDM) is a business centric model that makes it easier for organizations to communicate regardless of the technologies they choose to use for communicating with business partners. The LDM supports XML, as MISMO has always done, and also supports JSON, which is the technology of choice for consumer transactions but is not limited to either since the LDM was built using UML® a standard modeling language created by the Object Management Group®.
Version 3.5 of the LDM is in Candidate Recommendation status which means that it has been thoroughly reviewed by a wide range of organizations and industry participants and MISMO believes that it is ready for industry to use in implementations.
MISMO now offers an Enhanced Logical Data Dictionary (ELDD) for MISMO Member Access. The most current ELDD supports version 3.5 of the LDM.
What It Includes
The Version 3.5 LDM was the first version of the LDM released by MISMO. It is a comprehensive, logical view of the MISMO Reference Model from across the residential loan lifecycle and across the mortgage ecosystem.
Access Information for Members
