Servicing Transfers Development Work Group (DWG)

Join MISMO's Servicing Transfers DWG!
We need Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and active participation in our residential Servicing Transfers Development Working Group to build cost effective base processes and best practices, the foundation for dataset identification.

Why Join?
As a servicer, lender, investor, or individual within the mortgage industry, you know firsthand for our industry to thrive - servicing transfers require an immense investment of resources.

As we enter Phase 2 Feb 2021, valued, 'hands-on servicing transfer' input will help carve and influence process creation and how images and information is passed during residential mortgage servicing transfers.

Who's Playing?

  • Our ST DWG consists of residential servicing transfer experts and stakeholders, 100+ members strong, pursuing the goal of the reduction of time and cost through datasets, base processes, and best practices. The industry is involved, and we are grateful.
  • Government Sponsored Entities (GSEs), Customer Advocacy Groups, and regulatory agencies (CFPB and FHFA) are engaged as well and looking for the standardization of transfer data and processes. Many actively participate, and we are thankful for their passion and time.
