Cancellation & Substitutions

• Full refund (minus $50 processing fee): Available if cancelled on or before 12/22/25.
  

• Partial refund: A 50% refund of registration fee available from 12/22/25 – 1/5/26.
  

• No refunds after 1/5/26.
