Platform Overview

The MISMO Link Model Explorer provides an easy way to navigate and understand the MISMO Reference Model. It offers Tree, Model, and Dictionary views that help users explore data elements, see how they relate, and find definitions quickly. These tools make MISMO data more accessible, reduce manual effort, and support more confident, consistent implementations.

Model View

In the Model View, you can easily visualize the data relationships and connections between different MISMO entities. This view helps you see how each component fits into the overall structure, making it clearer how elements depend on and interact with one another. It’s a powerful way to understand the logic and flow within the MISMO model.

Tree View

In the Tree View, you can navigate the MISMO model hierarchy using an intuitive, easy‑to‑follow structure. By expanding and collapsing nodes, you can drill into specific areas of the model and explore how different elements relate to one another. This view gives you a simple way to move through the model and quickly find the data you need.

Dictionary

In the Dictionary View, you can browse and search MISMO data in a clear, structured format designed for quick reference. Powerful filtering and sorting tools help you narrow down what you’re looking for, so you can analyze definitions and attributes efficiently. This view makes it easy to find the exact information you need, right when you need it.

Creating a Dataset in Excel

MISMO Link Users can use the Tree View to assist in creating a dataset specification mapping. Building a dataset specification is often a manual, cumbersome process, requiring users to jump back and forth between multiple artifacts and spreadsheets. The MISMO Link Tree view allows users to streamline this process and allow use with ease.
