This spec is designed to support the request/ordering side of the transaction.  This is especially interesting for initiatives such UAD 3.6 which retires legacy form numbers for appraisals.  The procurement specification standardizes a data-driven approach to ordering any property and valuation services. With final edits underway, the group welcomes industry feedback on how to make the guide as practical and valuable as possible as organizations prepare for the rapidly approaching UAD 3.6 deadline.
