Background:
The MISMO Mortgage Compliance Dataset (MCD), developed in partnership with the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS), is a standardized data set designed to streamline and improve supervisory compliance examinations for residential mortgage origination loans. It provides regulators with the data they need for risk-based, technology-driven examinations while giving mortgage originators a tool for pre-exam compliance testing.
