Ability to Repay White Paper
MISMO is seeking public comment on the Ability to Repay Decision Model and Notation White Paper. The 60-day public comment period runs through May 31st, 2024.
The MISMO Decision Modeling Community of Practice wrote the Ability to Repay Decision Model and Notation White Paper to demonstrate the ability to use decision modeling and notation language with the MISMO Logical Data Model (LDM). The white paper presents a method for decision modeling using Regulation Z data points and the MISMO Version 3.5 Reference Model. Once the data points have been defined in a decision modeling tool, it can be triggered to make a decision based on the data inputs. That output can be converted into a MISMO compliant application programming interface (API) response, depending on the user’s technology environment.
