Industry Loan Application Dataset (iLAD) 2.3.0
The iLAD version 2.3.0 extends the capabilities and increases the effectiveness of this dataset which serves as the industry’s standard method for exchanging data associated with originating and underwriting mortgage loans. The 30-day public comment period for this dataset runs through April 20th, 2023.
This version of iLAD was updated to include GSE AUS changes (Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter® v1.8.3 & Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor® v5.2.00) along with other member requested changes:
- Conditionality changes for data collected on the Supplemental Consumer Information Form (SCIF)
- New datapoints for homeownership education and housing counseling
- Various added/removed AUS data points and enumerations
- Other modifications (Cardinality, Conditionality, Datapoint Format, Implementation Notes)
- Removal of the Flat File Mapping section
NOTE: Work is underway to introduce version 2.4.0 that will support the recent release of Freddie Mac’s LPA
v5.3.00 and several other industry requested changes. Stay tuned for the
release of iLAD 2.4.0 for IPR/Public Comment period to begin shortly.
This proposed MISMO Product (as defined in MISMO's 2018 Intellectual Property Rights Policy) was published for the purpose of providing an opportunity for comment on the product as well as to afford Participants (as defined in MISMO's 2018 Intellectual Property Rights Policy) who worked on this MISMO Product at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to final release of the product in order to review the product and disclose any applicable Patent Rights (as defined by MISMO's 2018 Intellectual Property Rights Policy). Disclosures should be submitted using MISMO's IPR Disclosure Form. Comments should be submitted to [email protected]. Any other use of this MISMO Product, including implementation, is prohibited at this time. At the conclusion of the IPR and Patent Review period, this MISMO Product will be published pursuant to MISMO's 2018 Intellectual Property Rights Policy and all applicable Product Licenses will apply.
