Mortgage Insurance Implementation Guide for V3.4
MISMO is seeking public comment on an updated version of the Mortgage Insurance (MI) v3.4 Implementation Guide (iGuide). The 30-day public comment period runs through April 4, 2024.
The MI v3.4 iGuide contains guidance for the data requirements necessary to facilitate the electronic ordering of MI rate quotes, MI commitments, contract underwrites, document packages and querying for MI order responses. This important resource maintains alignment with industry standards and other MISMO work products so that mortgage insurers, trading partners and technology providers have consistent and accurate guidance which enables improved communication and less costly integrations.
