Property and Valuation Services Implementation Guide

MISMO has published the Version 3.6.0 Property and Valuation Services (PaVS) Implementation Guide (iGuide) as Final.

The i-guide is a key reference for implementers in the property information and valuation services sector as MISMO Version 3.6 XML Reference Model underlies the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s Uniform Mortgage Data Program (UMDP) new version of the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD).

What It Includes

Version 3.6 of the PaVS I-Guide includes: 

• Highlights of data changes from MISMO Reference model version 3.6.0 in the PaVS domain
• Updated use cases and XML samples of those data highlights
