Property and Valuation Services Implementation Guide
MISMO today announced that it is seeking public comment on the Property and Valuation Services (PaVS) v3.6.0 Reference Model Implementation Guide (I-Guide). The 60-day public comment period for this implementation guide runs through July 27, 2024.
The I-Guide represents a key reference for implementers in the property valuation and information sector as MISMO Version 3.6 XML Reference Model underlies the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s Uniform Mortgage Data Program (UMDP) revised Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD).
What It Includes
Version 3.6 of the PaVS I-Guide includes:
- Highlights of data changes from MISMO Reference model version 3.6.0 in the PaVS domain
- Updated use cases and XML samples of those data highlights
